COMPETITION & PERFORMANCE RULES
· Contestants must perform from memory, except resemble. Repeats are not necessary.
· The decision from the competition committee is the final.
· Multiple winners will be chosen from each category.
· Winner certificates will be granted to the performing winners only, after the winner concert.
· No changes of repertoires are allowed after the application package is submitted.
· All foreign competitors are responsible for their expense for appearing in the winner concert (travel, housing accommodations, etc.).
· Application fee, winner concert and photo fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
· All rights reserved by the competition committee.
· During the performance in the winner concert, pictures and recording are absolutely prohibited. Once found, the qualification of the winner will be forfeited based on Gilenhorn Recital Hall policy. A professional photographer will take pictures for all performers.
· Detailed winner concert guidelines will be emailed to winners after the result are published.
. All winners are required to show up in the performance to receive their Winner Certificates, otherwise $15 will be charged for shipping.
