Teacher Award

Present to 1st Prize in All Group

Mrs. San Qing Lu Bennaman, graduated from The Shanghai Conservatory Of Music, and became the principal soloist of The Shanghai Symphony Orchestra more than a decade. She came to the US since 1980 as a visiting artist and earned an artist diploma on a full scholarship at The Oberlin Conservatory Of Music, an artist diploma from The Peabody Conservatory Of Music. In 1983 she won 1st prize in the artist division of the young keyboard artist association international piano competition, and the 1st prize in the artist division of the grand Rapids international piano competition. She was also chosen to participate for 4 summers at the Aspen Music Festival on a full scholarship. In 2016 Mrs. San Qing Lu Bennaman received Top Music Teacher Award from Steinway Piano Gallery and from Catholic University Of America International Piano Competition. In 2018, she received Distinguished Teacher Award from YMIC International Piano Competition. She now resides in Rockville, MD holding a private piano teaching studio. ​
